TRAINING.

We understand that it is not simple to find someone with the right personality and who has the same vision you do as a dental provider. Our academy will work with you to find the right candidate and to provide the dental administrator certificate.

What it includes:

  • Two virtual consultations to determine your needs and the office dynamics. (60 min each)
  • Strategy integration to hire the right candidate and provide training based on your requirements.
  • Two virtual follow-ups with the recruit to assure qualifications are met. (30 min each)

This program takes twelve weeks to complete the certification training. However, we cannot guarantee the length of time it will take to find a match.

ADMINISTRATIVE SKILL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM.

Suppose your office needs a good treatment coordinator or office manager. We can work with your existing dental administration staff to enhance their skills, suitable to your needs and wants. Please review our curriculum to select desired modules.

What it includes:

  • An initial virtual consultation with the dentist/owner of the clinic to discuss imminent goals. (60 min)
  • An initial virtual consultation with the dental receptionist of choice (limit of one person only, extra charges will be applied for additional people) to build a comprehensive academic package. (60 min)
  • Strategy integration to meet the desired outcome.
  • Two follow-ups, one with the dentist/owner for quality assurance and one with the employee to discuss academic achievement. (30 min each)

DENTAL PRACTICE CONSULTANT

We understand how stressful it is to run and maintain a successful dental practice. Our focus is to organically increase your clinic’s revenue, thus allowing you to do what you love!

What it includes:

  • An initial virtual consultation with the dentist/owner of the clinic to discuss imminent goals. (60 min).
  • Fill out our detailed questionnaire needed to build a customized package.
  • Produce a detailed report based on acquired information implementing two strategies for your selection. It would include one 30 seconds video to promote your dental office on social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Tik-tok, Facebook.
  • Five follow-ups virtual meetings with a person of your choice to assure your goals are met. (20 min each)
